Data deletion.

Disconnect YouTube immediately or request deletion of all Scorpio Studio account data.

01Disconnect YouTube in Scorpio Studio

  1. Open Scorpio Studio from the Telegram bot.
  2. Open Profile → Settings → YouTube.
  3. Tap “Disconnect channel” and confirm.

Scorpio Studio requests revocation of the Google OAuth grant and deletes the encrypted OAuth credential, YouTube connection record and cached analytics associated with your Telegram ID. This does not delete videos or other content stored on YouTube.

02Revoke directly in Google

Open Google Account third-party access, select Scorpio Studio and remove access. Scorpio Studio periodically validates authorization and removes associated authorized YouTube data after revocation.

03Request deletion of all Scorpio Studio data

  1. Email Email support or message Scorpio Studio support on Telegram.
  2. Write: Delete my Scorpio Studio data and include your numeric Telegram ID shown in Profile.
  3. Complete the ownership check requested by support. Never send a password, Google code, seed phrase or payment secret.

Before confirmation, support will inform you of any remaining internal balance. You may use it, resolve an eligible refund request, or confirm irreversible deletion and forfeiture of the remaining non-withdrawable credit, except where a refund is required by law or has already been approved. A positive balance does not prevent deletion of eligible personal data.

After verification, Scorpio Studio deletes account profile data, connected-channel data, OAuth credentials, cached YouTube analytics, eligible media, templates and application records. Authorized YouTube API data is deleted as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. Other eligible account data is deleted within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies expire through the normal rotation within 14 days.

Limited invoice, payment, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained when required by law or necessary to resolve a payment dispute. They are restricted to that purpose and are not used to restore a deleted account.

04Important distinction

Deleting data held by Scorpio Studio does not delete data or videos held by YouTube, Google, Telegram or a payment provider. Use each provider's own controls to delete data from that provider.
