Payments and refunds.

How charges, cancellations, payment support and eligible refunds are handled.

01Prices and confirmation

The exact product, access period, amount, currency and available payment method are displayed before confirmation. Producer currently provides either 30 days of access for USD 5.00 or 399 Telegram Stars, or 365 days for USD 50.00 or 4,000 Telegram Stars. Trial currently provides four days once per eligible Telegram ID. Producer does not renew automatically unless a separate automatic-renewal option is introduced and explicitly accepted.

02Payment methods

Telegram Stars purchases are processed through Telegram and are subject to Telegram's terms. Other methods are shown only where available and may be processed by an identified provider under its terms. Internal USD balance is closed Scorpio Studio credit: it is not a bank account, crypto wallet or withdrawable cash.

03Delivery

Access or internal balance is credited only after the relevant provider confirms successful payment. Keep the invoice or payment identifier. If confirmation is delayed, do not pay the same invoice repeatedly; contact support.

04Cancellation

Canceling Producer stops future continuation where applicable. Access already granted remains available until the displayed expiry date. Cancellation by itself does not automatically reverse a completed charge.

05Refund requests

Contact Email support, @scorpiostudiosupport, or use /paysupport in the bot. Include your Telegram ID, payment date, amount, method, invoice or charge ID and a short description. Never send passwords, seed phrases, private keys or one-time authorization codes.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed purchases of Producer subscriptions, internal credit and other digital products are final and non-refundable. A change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the purchase, partial use, or account restriction caused by a Terms violation does not by itself qualify for a refund.

Requests are reviewed under applicable law, provider capabilities and the facts of the transaction. A full refund is normally appropriate when Scorpio Studio confirms a duplicate charge or fails to deliver the purchased access and cannot correct the issue within a reasonable time. Scorpio Studio may also approve another refund where required by law or justified by exceptional circumstances.

06Refund method

An approved Telegram Stars refund is returned through the Telegram payment mechanism when technically available. An approved internal-balance correction is recorded in the Scorpio Studio ledger. Crypto or other provider transactions may be irreversible at network level; any approved correction depends on provider capability, verification and applicable law. Refunds are not issued to an unrelated account or wallet.

07Internal balance and account deletion

Internal balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another user. Before account deletion, use the remaining credit or contact support about an eligible refund. You may still confirm deletion with a positive balance; the remaining credit will then be forfeited, except where applicable law requires a refund or Scorpio Studio has already approved one. An open payment dispute does not prevent deletion of eligible account data, but limited transaction records may be retained until the dispute or required retention period ends.

08Provider responsibility

Scorpio Studio handles disputes about goods or access sold by Scorpio Studio. Telegram does not provide support for purchases made from this bot, and Crypto Bot or another payment provider controls only its own payment processing. Issues with acquiring Stars themselves may need to be raised with the store or processor that sold the Stars.
