Privacy Policy.

How Scorpio Studio handles personal information and Google/YouTube user data.

01Scope and contact

This Policy applies to the Scorpio Studio Telegram Mini App, Telegram bot and public website. Questions and deletion requests can be sent to Email support or Scorpio Studio support on Telegram. Support will verify ownership before acting on an account-specific request.

02Information we process

  • Telegram account data: numeric Telegram ID, username, display name, profile image, language and signed Mini App authentication data.
  • Studio content: MP3 files, artwork, templates, titles, descriptions, generated videos, publishing settings and support messages that you provide.
  • Subscription and payment records: plan, trial and expiry dates, internal USD balance, invoice identifiers, amount, currency, provider and payment status. Scorpio Studio does not receive card details, wallet private keys or seed phrases.
  • Technical and security data: request time, rate-limit identifiers stored as hashes, application errors and security logs.
  • Google and YouTube data: connected channel ID, title and image; channel and video metadata; audience and performance analytics such as views, watch time, likes, comments, subscribers, country and age ranges where YouTube provides them; uploaded video ID, visibility and scheduled publication time; and OAuth credentials needed to perform actions you request.

03How Google and YouTube data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the visible YouTube features you initiate: identifying the channel you connect, displaying its analytics, uploading your generated video, scheduling or rescheduling publication, and deleting a scheduled video when you request deletion in Scorpio Studio. Scorpio Studio does not independently choose, publish, reschedule or delete content. It may refresh analytics and authorization status in the background and execute only a publication schedule that you configured and confirmed. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to build advertising profiles or train general-purpose AI models.

Scorpio Studio uses YouTube API Services. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

04Legal purposes

We process information to perform the service requested by you, maintain subscriptions and payments, protect accounts and infrastructure, respond to support requests, comply with law and enforce the Terms of Service. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it by disconnecting YouTube or revoking Google access.

05Storage and security

YouTube OAuth credentials are stored encrypted with authenticated encryption and a separately protected server key. Token files use restricted operating-system permissions. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to the service components that need it. No internet service can promise absolute security, but Scorpio Studio applies access controls, rate limits, encrypted backups and monitoring.

06Sharing

Information is disclosed only as needed to operate the service: to Google and YouTube when executing your API request; to Telegram for Mini App authentication, bot messages and Stars payments; to Crypto Bot when you choose crypto payment; and to hosting, storage or security providers acting as processors. Data may also be disclosed when legally required. Scorpio Studio does not sell personal or Google user data.

07Retention

  • OAuth credentials remain until you disconnect YouTube, revoke access or request deletion.
  • Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. After revocation or a valid deletion request, associated authorized YouTube data is deleted as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
  • User-provided media and Studio records remain while needed to provide the Library, publishing and account features, or until you delete them or request account-data deletion.
  • Encrypted backup copies follow a maximum 14-day rotation. Limited payment, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where required by law.

08Your controls

You can disconnect YouTube in Profile → Settings → YouTube. Scorpio Studio then requests Google token revocation and deletes the local OAuth credential, connection record and cached analytics. You can also revoke access in Google Account security settings. See the Data Deletion page for full instructions. Deleting Scorpio Studio data does not delete content stored on YouTube.

09Children, international processing and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age applicable in their country. Data may be processed where Scorpio Studio infrastructure and service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.

The current Policy and effective date remain available in Profile and on this page. Material changes will also be communicated by a prominent notice in Scorpio Studio, through the Telegram bot or another available account contact and, where reasonably possible, before they take effect. Scorpio Studio will request renewed acknowledgement or consent where required by the nature of the change or applicable law. Urgent changes required for law or security may take effect sooner.
