Terms of Service.

Rules for using Scorpio Studio and its YouTube publishing tools.

EFFECTIVE 16 AUGUST 2026 · OPERATOR: SCORPIO STUDIO, INDEPENDENT DEVELOPER

01Acceptance and eligibility

By opening or using Scorpio Studio you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required for Telegram, Google and YouTube in your country. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02Service

Scorpio Studio provides tools to create a video from user-supplied audio and artwork, manage metadata and templates, connect one YouTube channel, upload and schedule videos, manage scheduled uploads, display channel analytics, keep a media library and use related Telegram bot features. Features may evolve while preserving applicable user rights.

03Accounts and authorization

Your Scorpio Studio account is linked to your Telegram numeric ID. You are responsible for protecting your Telegram and Google accounts and for actions initiated through them. Connect only a YouTube channel that you are authorized to manage. Google OAuth permission can be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting the channel or through Google Account security settings.

04Plans and payments

  • A Trial currently grants eligible users four days of Studio access once per Telegram ID.
  • Producer currently grants either 30 days of access for USD 5.00 or 399 Telegram Stars, or 365 days for USD 50.00 or 4,000 Telegram Stars. The selected period and exact price are displayed before purchase.
  • Internal USD balance is a closed in-app credit. It is not a bank account, cryptocurrency wallet or withdrawable cash and can be spent only on Scorpio Studio products or future features that explicitly accept it.
  • Payments may be processed by Telegram Stars or Crypto Bot under their own terms. Prices, taxes and renewal conditions are shown before confirmation. Producer does not renew automatically unless an automatic-renewal option is explicitly introduced and accepted later.
  • Except where applicable law or the Payment and Refund Policy requires otherwise, completed purchases of subscriptions, internal credit and other digital products are final and non-refundable. A change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the purchase, partial use, or account restriction caused by a breach of these Terms does not by itself create a right to a refund.
  • Eligible refund and cancellation requests, including confirmed duplicate charges or an undelivered purchase that Scorpio Studio cannot correct within a reasonable time, are handled according to applicable law, provider capabilities and the facts of the payment. Contact support and use /paysupport in the bot for payment issues.

05User content and rights

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Scorpio Studio a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, process, format, render and transmit that content only as necessary to create the requested output, maintain your Studio library and upload or schedule it on the YouTube channel you select.

For every upload and publication, you confirm that you own or have obtained all rights, licences, permissions, releases and consents required for the audio and musical composition, artwork, photographs, names, likenesses, text, metadata, trademarks and other material you provide. Your content and its requested use must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, mislead others about authorship or authorization, or violate applicable law or platform rules. You are responsible for reviewing the generated video, credits, metadata, channel and publication settings before publishing and for claims connected with your content.

Scorpio Studio may disable processing, remove a stored copy or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address a credible rights complaint, unlawful content or a platform request. This does not determine ownership of the disputed material. Rights holders and users may contact email support or Telegram support; we may request information reasonably needed to identify the work, content, authorization and account.

06User control and YouTube actions

Scorpio Studio does not independently select, create, publish, reschedule or delete content on your behalf. Uploads and changes to a video or its schedule require your explicit action in the interface; a scheduled publication is performed only according to settings that you selected and confirmed. Before publication, you can review the generated video, metadata, selected channel, visibility and publication time. Actions already requested may be cancelled only while the interface offers that option and before the relevant processing or YouTube action has completed.

After you authorize the integration, Scorpio Studio may perform limited background operations necessary to provide the features you requested, such as refreshing analytics, checking authorization and payment status, delivering notifications, maintaining security and executing a schedule you configured. These operations do not authorize Scorpio Studio to choose or publish new content on its own.

Scorpio Studio uses YouTube API Services. Use of the integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and applicable Google policies. Scorpio Studio must not be used to spam, evade platform restrictions, manipulate metrics or publish unlawful or unauthorized content.

07Prohibited use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or rate limits, upload malware, impersonate others, exploit payment or refund flows, reverse engineer secrets, use the service for surveillance, send spam, evade platform restrictions, or violate law, platform rules or third-party rights.

08Sanctions, export controls and availability

You may not use Scorpio Studio if doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions, export-control or trade-control laws, or if you are a person or entity prohibited from receiving the relevant services. You must not use the service on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a prohibited person or entity. Scorpio Studio may restrict, suspend or refuse access, payments or specific features when required by applicable law or by Google, YouTube, Telegram or a payment provider. Availability in a country or region does not mean that every feature or payment method is legally or technically available there.

09Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Rendering, Telegram, Google, YouTube, payment providers and networks can experience delays or outages. Review titles, descriptions, files, channel selection and publication time before confirmation. To the extent allowed by law, Scorpio Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, platform decisions, copyright claims or failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10Changes and notices

We may update these Terms when the service, law, security requirements or platform rules change. The current version and effective date will remain available in Profile and on this page. For a material change, we will provide a prominent notice in Scorpio Studio, through the Telegram bot or by another available account contact and, where reasonably possible, before the change takes effect. Changes required urgently for law, security or abuse prevention may take effect sooner.

When a change materially affects user rights or obligations, Scorpio Studio will request acceptance of the new version before continued use of affected features. Using the service after that acceptance and effective date means you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account data, subject to applicable payment and retention rules.

11Suspension, termination and account deletion

Scorpio Studio may warn, limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful or unauthorized content, infringement of third-party rights, spam, fraud or payment abuse, a security threat, a violation of Telegram, Google or YouTube rules, or a legal requirement. Where reasonable and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken to prevent harm, fraud, unauthorized access or legal exposure.

You may stop using the service, cancel future subscription continuation, disconnect YouTube and request account-data deletion. Before deletion, any remaining internal balance should be used or an eligible refund request should be resolved. A positive balance does not prevent a verified deletion request: if you confirm deletion with credit remaining, that non-withdrawable credit is forfeited, except where a refund is required by law or has already been approved. Deletion is irreversible and does not delete content held by YouTube, Google, Telegram or a payment provider.

Termination for a violation does not create an automatic right to a refund, but it does not remove any refund or consumer right required by applicable law. Limited payment, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
